We do not provide free return shipping. We do provide pre-paid return shipping labels however, in order to provide you with the best products at the lowest prices day-in-day-out, we need to charge a $5 return fee to help cover shipping costs. This fee is not additional, and you will not be charged, it is automatically deducted from your refund amount.
