Due to the unique characteristics of our products, some of the feathers and threads may poke through the fabric. If there are any lose threads or feathers we do not suggest pulling them out. This does not mean your item is damaged and it’s not covered under warranty.
If you believe the amount of feathers that are coming out are excessive, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a photo of the damage, and the item description.
Please do not return damaged or defective items through our return portal. A customer service representative will be in touch to further assist you.
