Please wait 3 business days from the date of delivery, prior to contacting us. In some cases packages say delivered before they arrive at their final destination. If it is within 72 hours, make sure to look for attempted delivery left by the carrier. Packages are sometimes left in a more secure area or with a neighbor. We often use multiple carriers for delivery. Be sure to check your mailbox or wherever you normally receive mail and packages.
If it is past 72 hours, and your package(s) is lost in transit or not received, you will need to work directly with the shipping provider to find your package. Make sure to verify the shipping address prior to reaching out to the carrier. The receiver will need to file a claim with the correct shipping carrier for any lost items. Once a claim has been filed, please email and provide us with your order and claim number for your lost package. Once we have all your information we will provide you with a refund.
